The Confession was an American Rock/Metal band from Dana Point, California. Formed in 2005, in no time they went on to tour with such bands as Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for My Valentine and Megadeth and were slotted on Rockstar's Taste of Chaos 2006 Tour. In 2008 the band announced their breakup on January 15,2008 after touring with Avenged Sevenfold. Rumors quickly spread of reasons why the band broke up from contract negligence, members leaving, to the band just wanting to call it quits.
